Looking to enjoy your fruits and vegetables long after the season ends? Join us to learn the basics of canning fruits and vegetables!

The East Williamsburg CSA is thrilled to have Harry Rosenblum, founder of The Brooklyn Kitchen and longtime member of the CSA, host a workshop on how to can and pickle your own fruits and veggies at home. He'll demonstrate the basics of canning, provide tips for which veggies work best, and answer all of your canning and pickling-related questions.

Canning is a great way to prolong the life of your fruits and vegetables, while also reducing food waste!

This event is open to the public and RSVP is not required (but helpful for us to get an idea of attendance). Bring your friends and join us!
